Logitech Is Buying Jaybird For $50 Million
Logitech has announced that it buying Jaybird for $50 million in cash and an additional earn out of up to $45 million over the next two years.
Jaybird makes a number of different headphones and some activity trackers, Logitech purchased the company for the headphone range.
